Mit einer Reihe gezielter Vorschriften will sie die <strong>Menge an Kunststoffabf\u00e4llen<\/strong> in Europa deutlich verringern.<\/p>\n<h6>Die wichtigsten Ma\u00dfnahmen im \u00dcberblick:<\/h6>\n<p>Plastikm\u00fcll belastet unsere Umwelt, die Meere \u2013 und letztlich auch unsere\nGesundheit. Deshalb setzt die Europ\u00e4ische Union starke Zeichen f\u00fcr mehr\nNachhaltigkeit und weniger Abfall. Seit Juli 2021 sind viele Einwegkunststoffe\nEU\u2013weit verboten \u2013 ein Meilenstein im Kampf gegen die Plastikflut.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu z\u00e4hlen Produkte wie Strohhalme, Wattest\u00e4bchen, Einmalbesteck oder\nStyroporverpackungen. Stattdessen sollen umweltfreundliche Alternativen aus Papier, Holz oder innovativen biobasierten Materialien verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Doch die EU geht weiter: Hersteller werden k\u00fcnftig st\u00e4rker in die Pflicht\ngenommen. Sie m\u00fcssen sich an den Kosten f\u00fcr Sammlung, Reinigung und Entsorgung beteiligen \u2013 etwa bei Tabakfiltern, Lebensmittelverpackungen und\nGetr\u00e4nkebechern.<\/p>\n<p>Bis 2029 sollen au\u00dferdem 90 % aller Einweg-Kunststoffflaschen gesammelt und ein gro\u00dfer Teil daraus recycelt werden. Bis dahin wird auch ein Mindestanteil\nvon 30 % Recyclingmaterial in PET\u2013Flaschen Pflicht.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Ma\u00dfnahmen machen Europa zum Vorreiter im Umwelt\u2013 und Meeresschutz \u2013 und zeigen, wie Politik und Innovation gemeinsam f\u00fcr eine\nbessere Zukunft sorgen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udf3f Gemeinsam f\u00fcr weniger M\u00fcll \u2013 und ein nachhaltigeres Leben.<\/p>\n<h6>Ziel der Ma\u00dfnahmen:<\/h6>\n<p>Ein Europa mit weniger Abfall, ges\u00fcnderen Ozeanen und einer\nKreislaufwirtschaft, in der Kunststoffe recycelt statt weggeworfen werden.\nDamit Deshalb setzt die Europ\u00e4ische Union starke Zeichen f\u00fcr mehr\nNachhaltigkeit und weniger Abfall. Seit Juli 2021 sind viele Einwegkunststoffe\nEU\u2013weit verboten \u2013 ein Meilenstein im Kampf gegen die Plastikflut.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu z\u00e4hlen Produkte wie Strohhalme, Wattest\u00e4bchen, Einmalbesteck oder\nStyroporverpackungen. Stattdessen sollen umweltfreundliche Alternativen aus Papier, Holz oder innovativen biobasierten Materialien verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Doch die EU geht weiter: Hersteller werden k\u00fcnftig st\u00e4rker in die Pflicht\ngenommen. Sie m\u00fcssen sich an den Kosten f\u00fcr Sammlung, Reinigung und Entsorgung beteiligen \u2013 etwa bei Tabakfiltern, Lebensmittelverpackungen und\nGetr\u00e4nkebechern.<\/p>\n<p>Bis 2029 sollen au\u00dferdem 90 % aller Einweg-Kunststoffflaschen gesammelt und ein gro\u00dfer Teil daraus recycelt werden. Bis dahin wird auch ein Mindestanteil\nvon 30 % Recyclingmaterial in PET\u2013Flaschen Pflicht.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Ma\u00dfnahmen machen Europa zum Vorreiter im Umwelt\u2013 und Meeresschutz \u2013 und
