As of this year, entrepreneurs in the Netherlands no longer have to pay fees to the Chambers of Industry and Trade. The Chambers are now being financed by the Department of Commerce. In the future, there is supposed to be a central point of contact for entrepreneurs and for questions by new business founders and the public regarding this new regulation.
